Is 50 Cent losing his street cred?

While partying recently in Mexico to shoot E!'s Party Monsters Cabo, he was the healthiest eater of all the celebs (including Diddy and Carmen Electra) on the show, requesting a strictly low-calorie, high-protein diet during his stay at the LG Villa. 

And he didn't even drink during his own bash!

Instead of downing tequila shots like most guests, the rapper stuck to sipping ginger ale at a soiree to celebrate his new album and directorial theatrical debut, Before I Self Destruct, and his video game, Blood on the Sand.

Fiddy arrived an hour late to his party but took pics with fans and guests before hitting the stage to perform.

So was his party a success?

New parents Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz rang in the New Year in Vegas, and they brought baby Bronx along for their trip!

While they hosted their party at Pure, Bronx was back in their hotel room at Caesars Palace. The happy couple sipped champagne and shared a midnight kiss after their countdown duties.

Eva Longoria Parker's favorite part of 2008 wasn't opening her new restaurant, Beso...it was a romantic trip she took with hubby Tony Parker.

"My one-year anniversary vacation!" the Desperate Housewives star told me of her year's highlight. "It was on a boat in the South of France and Italy, so that was really great."

Tony was by her side at the New Years' Eve bash held at Beso (natch), where they locked lips at midnight and made matching resolutions for the coming year...

In Hollywood, Eva's bash is at her restaurant, Beso. Hubby Tony Parker will be there, along with Heroes and Desperate Housewives stars. And seeing Tony and Eva pucker up at midnight won't be the only entertainment—there's a live performance from Jose Cortes of the Gipsy Kings.

DJ AM and Travis Barker will take the stage at the Wiltern theater, their first time deejaying together since the deadly plane crash they survived. Over at the Paramount lot, Katy Perry is performing and on countdown duty at Gridlock, a huge outdoor party.

Not only were Paris (along with new BFF Brittany Flickinger) and sis Nicky (with BF David Katzenberg) painting the town in Aspen, but parents Rick and Kathy joined in as well. The entire fam hit the members-only Caribou Club two nights in a row together, where the newly single (and recently robbed) heiress seemed to be doing just fine.

"Paris was dancing to her own songs on the dance floor and looked like she was having so much fun," an eyewitness tells E! News.

Girl Next Door Kendra Wilkinson is ready to get hitched to Hank Baskett, having finally set a date for her upcoming wedding: June 27, 2009, at the Playboy Mansion.

"He’s going to come out here," she told Robin Leach at the Las Vegas launch of The Girls Next Door book. "We can’t have a wedding anywhere else because my grandma can’t fly. So I’m waiting for him to come out here and help me plan. I’m ready to just get married."

As for whether Hugh Hefner will still walk her down the aisle as originally planned, it sounds like Kendra's on the fence. "I think so, but I don't know," she said.

Ashley Tisdale squeezed in some last-minute holiday shopping yesterday, but not before tending to her tresses at the Byron & Tracey Salon.

The High School Musical starlet, who said she'd be spending the holiday with her fam, then headed into several Beverly Hills boutiques, including Cartier.

Was she looking at rings for herself or just perusing for pricey presents? Ash walked out empty-handed but confirmed she'd be spending time with her boyfriend, Jared Murillo.

Hope he's been out shopping for her, too!

Holly Madison and Criss Angel are doing everything together these days...even throwing joint birthday parties.

The day after the duo hit Disneyland in California for some good clean fun, they headed back to Sin City Friday for their double birthday bash at LAX. Criss turned 41 Friday night, while Holly celebrates her 29th Dec. 23.

The couple brought along 50 of their closest friends, including Holly's former Playboy Mansion roomie Bridget Marquardt, though Hef was not in attendance as Holly and Criss blew out the candles on their shared cake, complete with sparklers.

And sounds like they're already feeling the Christmas spirit...after getting on the mic to thank fans for coming to the party, they had $100 bills rain on the partygoers below.
