Ellen DeGeneres Finally Gets Her O
After launching her massive "O, Yes I Can!" campaign to get on the cover of O magazine and Oprah then granting this wish way back in March, we finally have the actual glossy featuring Ellen DeGeneres looking superexcited to pose with the great O.
So was it worth the wait? Well, the December issue marks only the second time the daytime talk-show queen has ever shared the cover with another human. Michelle Obama being the first.
And Ellen even one-ups the first lady with a double cover:

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Hug It Out
Earlier this week, we had Vanity Fair trying to make Robsten happen, and today Harper's Bazaar takes a shot at it.
The fashion mag definitely has the upper hand since they talked to both Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart and also managed to have them pose for some steamy gothic romantic photos.
As for the interview itself, writer Laura Brown talked to Rob and Kristen separately in their side-by-side Vancouver hotel rooms and neither star confirmed or denied a relationship. In fact, there's no mention of the mag even asking for clarification—just this speculation:
"At the moment, there is only one thing anyone cares about regarding these two... Are they dating or what? Well...it's clear that Rob and Kristen are close—very close."
And that's it. From there, the rest of the article plays out like the hookup is a sure thing, with questions like "Who is the most romantic then?"
Nicole Kidman's Kinky, Cruise-Free Comments
Like it or not, our eyes are now wide open.
But we're not referring to Nicole Kidman's choice of clothing—or lack thereof—on the cover of British GQ. Rather, it's the kinky stuff she says inside.
While the Oscar winner starts off slow, saying she's explored "obsession," "loss and love" and "the mundane aspect of marriage and monogamy" in previous relationships, she quickly proceeds to kick it up a notch…
Kate Hudson Thinks All Men Are as Simple as A-Rod
In addition to being the Yankees' most valuable cheerleader, Kate Hudson sometimes makes movies and then promotes them—like doing this cover of Elle UK as part of the push for her upcoming movie musical Nine.
The actress seems to come from the Megan Fox school of thought where men are boys and things like this make sense in her head:
"I sometimes feel like when you're talking to boys, they just hear certain keywords...But if you had a bubble above their head, they'd be thinking about game scores, masturbation and food."
And it just keeps getting better...
Robert Pattinson Makes Vanity Fair Swoon
Vanity Fair likes to think of itself as a highbrow culture magazine with its fancy Annie Leibovitz covers, but if there's one thing no publication can afford to ignore, it's Twilight. So for the December issue, the mag went Tiger Beat meets J.Crew catalog with a stunning 12-page piece on Robert Pattinson (ahhhhhhhh!).
The photos are amazing. Look, Rob Pattz reads books! He can really wear a sweater! He eats his lobster like this! He gets so overwhelmed! He'll hang out in bed with you all day! And, of course, he writes epic ballads at his grand piano on the beach! Swoon.
As for the actual words written about our dear sparkle vampire, it's mostly about what an overwhelmed, self-conscious wreck Rob is right now. "I'm trying not to drown," he says.
And then there's writer Evgenia Peretz's description of a bumbling teen idol: "He is often apologizing—for being boring, for the 'douchey' terrace that's attached to his hotel room, for telling you a story you might have read somewhere else already...he'll dismiss his work in any way he can."
But most Pattz fans are well aware of Rob's self-deprecating nature and that's when it's time to play up the maybe, maybe-not relationship with Kristen Stewart.
Are Rob and Kristen Over?
In the past month Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart got engaged, then moved in together, and then were planning the wedding of the year.
Naturally, the most logical place to go after OK! magazine's cover rampage is to announce a Robsten breakup, of course.
So what's the deal? Rob and Kristen sure have been keeping a low profile lately...
Michelle Obama: People Will Always Have Opinions
It may only be October, but Michelle Obama already seems to be in the holiday spirit, at least when it comes to posing for the festive-feeling December cover of Glamour.
Of course, her status as a fashionista has sometimes been open for debate, and that's something Mrs. Obama has come to expect.
"People are always going to have opinions, and people have a right to their opinions, particularly when you're the First Lady; you're representing the nation," she tells the mag. "So I can't be surprised that people are interested. But I've tried to be at peace with the choices that I make first, and then be open to everyone else's reflection."
One of her choices had nothing to do with clothes or accessories, but did lead to living in the White House. So what exactly did she seek out when it came to snagging the man who would be prez?
Sean Penn the Journalist Visits Cuba Again
One of Hollywood's most vociferous liberals, Sean Penn, is back doing his favorite thing: riling Americans with his controversial travels. (Or is his favorite thing getting nominated for Oscars? It's a toss-up.)
The two-time Academy Award winner has embarked on a short trip to Cuba as a journalist on assignment for Vanity Fair and The Huffington Post.
Rumor has it he's there to interview Fidel Castro; however, his rep tells E! News the actor has no set plans to meet with former Cuban leader.
But that's not to say they won't meet up...
Robert Pattinson Admits He Really Is Edward Cullen
News flash: USA Weekend has some new quotes direct from the mouth of Robert Pattinson! (Seems like there's so much time between the real and the fake things that we should all cherish these few precious words uttered by the great sparkle vampire.)
Mr. Rob Pattz tells the publication that he has given up the fight to separate himself from his character Edward Cullen.
"Right at the beginning, everyone just called me Edward. I don't really mind either way. There's something about that character that, for some reason, has sparked an interest in massive degrees in so many different people. If you want to compete with your own character, you have to really fight. I don't know if I could be bothered to fight. I just let it go by."
Isn't he just so laid-back and dreamy and amazing and hot and the best?!

Nicole Richie Shows Off Sparrow and Explains the Weird Name
Ah, baby magazine covers. They're that rare breath of cute air that we can look at in the supermarket line without feeling angry at Jon & Kate or sad about Lindsay Lohan's new haggard makeover or annoyed at the Jen Aniston lies.
Instead, we can just let the warm fuzzy feelings wash over us and be like, "Well, that's nice."
So thank you, Nicole Richie, for showing off your cuddly 6-week-old son Sparrow in this week's People. Inside the magazine there are even more adorable pictures of the new family of four that are worth checking out.
And as an added bonus, Nicole and her longtime partner, Joel Madden, even (kind of) explain what's up with the strange bird name...
Renée Zellweger: Bridget Jones III Is Just a Rumor
Renée Zellweger will not be plumping up again any time soon, people.
Despite recent reports claim that the Oscar winner has agreed to do a third Bridget Jones movie, Ms. Zellweger tells me it's not true: She hasn't signed on for another go-round.
"I get asked every single day, and I don't know anything," she told me at Elle magazine's Women in Hollywood event. "It's a rumor."
As for the reported fat suit she'll be wearing (instead of actual poundage), she quipped, "Oh, goody! When are we having the fitting?"
Hey, if another movie doesn't work out, there's also a stage musical that's reportedly being developed around her unlucky-in-love Brit girl alter ego.
Would Zellweger consider it? Read on to find out...
